On February 27 Gary France presented an introductory workshop for music educators “The Groovy Steel Band” at the Arts Up Front Conference hosted by the ACT Instrumental Music Program. Special thanks to Naida Blackley, Cheryl Diggins and the IMP team for their wonderful commitment to music education.
